Business Memberships- A Great Perk!
Reward your employees or fellow work mates. Entertain your clients.

WHAT IS A BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP?

Business memberships at AACC require one equity member and one (1) to four (4) associates, who must be employees of the same business.

The Business Equity Member may choose either an Individual or Family Membership. This membership may be a Full, Golf, or Swim membership with the corresponding monthly dues.

Each Business Associate member selects a Full, Golf, or Swim membership category. They enjoy all the benefits of a regular equity membership with the exception of voting rights. Associate members are not “guests” of the Business Member and may use the facilities like any other member in that category. The Business Associate memberships do not have to be in the same category, and each Business Associate is responsible for their own expenses.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

The Business Equity Member may join for a one-time fee of $2800, which includes equity and initiation. This may be paid upfront or in five $700 installments over four years.

Each Associate Member has a one-time initiation fee of just $100 with no equity or other initiation fees.

All Members pay their respective monthly dues and clubhouse minimums.

Current family / individual monthly dues are:

Monthly Dues Family Individual
Full $431 $325
Golf $393 $299
Swim $260 $205

All dues based on 12 monthly payments.

Each membership will be responsible for clubhouse minimums which can range from $35 to $100 per month for the months the clubhouse is open.

ACT NOW!

This is the best deal at AACC. So take advantage of this great opportunity while you can: there are only 19 memberships left available and after that, they are all gone.

Junior Memberships
WHAT IS A JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP?

A Junior Membership is a reduced rate Full membership to an individual or family, where one of the adult members is 35 years or younger during the current calendar year.

Junior Memberships allow the full use of the clubhouse, golf course (including no member greens fees), and swimming pool.

Once the junior member reaches 36 years old on January first of a year, they must convert their membership to another class of membership paying the corresponding monthly dues.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

As with all Equity Members, $2,700 equity is required. The $2,700 equity may be spread out over five years, with 60 payments of $45 per month. When paid in full, the equity is eligible for refund per the conditions in the by-laws, and voting privileges are earned.

A Junior Membership has a one-time initiation fee of $250.

A Junior Membership has a monthly dues rate equal to 60% of the regular Full Membership. The monthly dues rate for Junior Membership is $258.80 based on 12 monthly payments.

Each membership will be responsible for clubhouse minimums which can range from $50 to $100 per month for the months the clubhouse is open.

Ann Arbor Country Club offers equity memberships in several categories, and one non-equity category. Equity membership entitles the holder to voting rights on Club governance, dues and capital improvements. An equity membership requires the purchase of one equity share for $2700, which is 100 percent redeemable after the membership is resigned, in accordance with the specific stipulations recorded in the by-laws of the Club. In addition to the equity share, each membership has specific initiation fees, dues and dining minimums.

The primary categories of AACC equity membership include:

Full - Unlimited rounds of golf, unlimited use of the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts, minimal fees for Swim Team registration, unlimited dining privileges, and other benefits.

Junior Full - For persons under the age of 35, reduced fees and dues with same usage privileges as Full membership.

Golf - Unlimited rounds of golf, unlimited dining and clubhouse privileges, five visits to the pool each year at the guest rate, special fees for Swim Team registration, and other benefits.

Swim – Unlimited use of the pool and clubhouse, minimal fees for Swim Team registration, unlimited dining privileges, five rounds of golf each year at the guest rate, and other benefits.

Business - Available to corporations, partnerships, proprietorships and professional practices. Includes one equity share and up to four associates, all employees of the same business entity. Associates do not have equity shares or voting rights. The equity and associate participants in a Business Membership individually elect Full, Golf or Swim membership privileges and pay dues and fees in accordance with their selections.

Within each equity membership there is a choice of individual or family dues. Dues for individuals allow membership privileges to only one person. Privileges for family extend to immediate household family, including children under 25 years of age.

The non-equity category is the Dining Membership. This membership requires only a modest annual fee, plus monthly dining minimums, for unlimited dining privileges at the clubhouse.
